Deposit
A deposit of $100 is required at time of booking.

Cancellation
48 hours notice is required for any cancellation or re-scheduling.
Failure to comply results in loss of deposit and a new deposit is required for any future bookings.

Payment
Payment is required at the end of each session for time used.
If paying by check, no copies of the songs are given out until the check clears.

Back-up
Files are recorded digitally on a Hard Drive. The client is responsible for backing up that data. It can be on CDR, DVD, or Hard Drive. The studio assumes no responsibility for data that is not backed up.

All files are erased 14 days after conclusion of recording.

Guests
Guests are welcome, but the client is responsible for their actions.
Please pick up after yourselves.
